Job Description
Ethos is seeking a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to lead its B2B lifecycle marketing strategy. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative lifecycle programs across multiple channels to drive conversions, enhance customer engagement, and maximize lifetime value for Ethos' suite of agent-focused insurance and fintech products. He/She will manage and mentor a team of lifecycle marketers, drive high impact conversion strategies, and ensure effective execution of programs across email, SMS, in-product and other channels.

Role involves:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive B2B lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Leading and executing multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Managing and mentoring a high-performing lifecycle marketing team.
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end campaign management process.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyzing client data, campaign results, and market trends.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in lifecycle marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation, personalization strategies, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
