Nubank is seeking a Financial Crime Risk Senior Specialist to join their team in Mexico City. This role is crucial in managing the suspicious activity reporting process and ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Mexican financial market and a strong understanding of sanctions screening processes.

Role Involves:
- Managing the suspicious activity reporting process.
- Reviewing and elaborating recommendations about filing suspicious activity reports.
- Providing senior leadership timely information about AML core metrics.
- Reviewing and challenging AML monitoring and analysis processes.
- Acting as a liaison to local authorities, managing filings from CNBV.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7 years of experience in similar positions.
- Strong knowledge of the AML/CFT regulatory framework in the Mexican financial market.
- Proven experience with analyzing alerts and reporting suspicious operations to CNBV-UIF.
- Experience in information management, reporting, and presentations covering AML core metrics.
- Strong knowledge of Sanctions screening processes (OFAC, UN-SCCL, Negative Media, etc.).
- Advanced or Fluent English.
- CNBV certification.
