Job Description
BrainStation is seeking a dynamic Campus Coordinator to animate their Vancouver campus and ensure operational excellence. This role is central to delivering a five-star customer experience and building brand awareness within the local community. The Campus Coordinator will share information about BrainStation's workshops, events, and courses in data, design, development, marketing, product, and business.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer service and front desk support
- Opening and closing duties for the facility
- Maintaining facility cleanliness
- Setting up and managing audio/visual equipment
- Event execution (setup, teardown, catering)
- Preparing and packaging student Welcome Boxes
- Ensuring day-to-day facility efficiency
Requirements:
- A flare for customer service
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A team player mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Commitment to a 5-star student, customer, and event experience
- Thorough understanding of BrainStation's product offerings
- A flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
- Previous experience in event execution (an asset)
- Experience in hospitality or the food and beverage industry (an asset)
