Job Description
Our client, an iconic company in the glass industry, is seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant to join their Customer Solutions Team. This role is based in Padstow and offers a competitive starting salary of $58k + super, along with commission opportunities and potential salary increases within the first six months. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls, book appointments, and upsell products in a supportive and high-energy environment.
The role involves:
- Handling 65-70 inbound calls daily.
- Providing effective solutions to customers.
- Booking appointments for glass repairs and replacements.
- Upselling value-added products to customers.
Requirements:

- Experience in a customer-focused role (retail, call centre, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus!).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
