Copper, a leading digital asset infrastructure provider, is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their growing team in London. This role supports the Regulatory Compliance Director and advises teams in the UK and internationally. Responsibilities: - Support local leadership in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Develop policies reflecting regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Manage systems and controls for Market Abuse and Insider risk.
- Support teams responsible for outsourced compliance systems.
- Maintain SharePoint Dashboards for tracking Conflicts of Interest, Gifts & Entertainment, etc.
- Coordinate data for AML/BWRA risk assessments.
- Provide compliance training.
- Prepare MI reporting for compliance forums and committees.
- Support regulatory audits and examinations.
- Provide compliance advice to the business.
- Support new product approvals and service reviews.
Requirements: - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, especially Market Conduct, Financial Promotions, and Marketing.
- Understanding of KYC/AML, sanctions screening, payments, and outsourcing requirements.
- Knowledge of crypto, custody, derivatives, trading, and technology.
- Experience in compliance advisory or management in a digital asset/crypto business.
- Experience in traditional banking or finance is an advantage.
