CASETiFY, a leading global lifestyle brand specializing in customizable tech accessories, is seeking a Brand Representative for their store in Doncaster, Melbourne. The Brand Representative will be the frontline representative of the brand, ensuring customers receive an exceptional in-store experience.

Role involves:

• Assisting customers in identifying their needs and recommending products.
• Providing product demonstrations and explanations.
• Processing customer transactions accurately.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Managing inventory and handling customer inquiries.
• Achieving sales targets and maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
• Proficient in verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work in shift duty.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to commit a minimum of 24 working hours per week.
• Available to work on weekdays and one weekend day.
