Job Description
CASETiFY, a leading global lifestyle brand specializing in customizable tech accessories, is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to focus on the Australian market. This role is based in Hong Kong and involves planning and executing various marketing activities to drive growth and brand awareness in Australia.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing marketing activities across paid and organic digital channels, KOL marketing, Email Marketing, CRM & PR.
- Preparing reports on marketing and sales metrics.
- Designing a local marketing calendar.
- Managing local performance marketing (SEM / Display / Social Ad / KOL).
- Creating innovative and localized marketing campaigns aligned with global marketing directions.
- Managing the local KOL agency for paid KOL campaigns.
- Developing marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure and track business results.
- Tracking weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field in Australia.
- Strong understanding of the Australian local market and resources.
- Essential knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strategic problem-solving skills and creative thinking to achieve targets.
- Strong planning, analytical, creative, and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure, be reactive, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital metrics.
- Basic understanding and use of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut.
