Job Description
CASETiFY is seeking an Assistant Product Marketing Manager to join their team in Shanghai. This role involves collaborating with global teams to drive product awareness and sales in the Chinese market. The Assistant Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in identifying product-market fit, developing marketing strategies, and leading campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Analysis team in identifying CN product-market fit and business opportunities
- Evaluate product and business potential through research on market trends and consumer insights
- Conduct market research and gather competitor analysis to inform product strategy
- Develop short-term to long-term product strategies to support brand and product growth
- Identify priority products for the CN market and support GTM strategy development and execution
- Work closely with the global Product Team to localize products and campaigns based on consumer preferences and market trends
- Support coordination among global Product Marketing, Product Development, and CN business teams to ensure product projection and stock readiness
- Lead the end-to-end GTM process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution across channels
- Monitor and optimize the performance of product campaigns to meet and exceed target.
- Develop product development direction or concept based on market and business analysis.
- Collaborate with product development teams to help bring new products to market, including assisting in ideation, sampling, and production processes
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product awareness and sales.
- Lead campaign planning and cross-functional coordination for GTM execution
- Contribute to the creation of localized marketing assets across various platforms to support product launches
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support strategic recommendations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working with global and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with working alongside product design, development, and production teams
- Experience or interest in fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred
