Job Description

CASETiFY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on store talent acquisition in Japan. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and execute recruitment strategies to acquire top talent for retail stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Develop and deliver recruitment processes.
  • Search for qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and manage sourcing channels.
  • Align with headquarter recruiting for employer branding.
  • Engage in talent mapping efforts.
  • Work on recruitment projects and training.
  • Ensure participation in recruiting events.
  • Analyze recruitment data.
  • Support the execution of HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1 or above).
  • Proficient in English.
  • 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • Familiar with the multicultural working environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint/AI/Google.
  • Self-motivated and highly adaptable.
