Sourcing Officer - (Shenzhen)

Job Description

CASETiFY is seeking a Sourcing Officer to support the end-to-end sourcing process for tech accessories and lifestyle products, including support for Casetify global retail stores standard products sourcing and procurement. The Sourcing Officer will execute sourcing tasks, coordinate with suppliers, input accurate data into the ERP system, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and order execution. This role is critical for maintaining operational accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and sourcing timelines across multiple projects.

Role involves:
• Executing daily sourcing tasks including RFQ coordination, sample follow-up, and order tracking.
• Supporting the Sourcing Manager in identifying and evaluating qualified suppliers.
• Assisting in price comparison, cost breakdown analysis, and negotiation follow-up.
• Communicating with suppliers to collect quotes, lead times, technical documentation, and order details.
• Collaborating with Product Development, Quality, and Project Management teams.
• Maintaining and inputting accurate sourcing-related data in the ERP system.
• Following up on production progress and assisting in resolving delivery issues.
• Supporting documentation such as NDA filing, audit requests, and sourcing reports.
• Helping track and update supplier performance.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in tech accessories sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Good knowledge of tech accessories and lifestyle products industry.
• Good understanding of supplier coordination and sourcing workflows.
• Proficient in office software; experience with ERP systems will be a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• A strong team player with a problem-solving mindset.
