Retail Design Manager

Job Description

CASETiFY is seeking a Retail Design Manager to contribute to the global expansion of CASETiFY Studio. The Retail Design Manager will collaborate closely with the Store Development Director, overseeing store design projects worldwide. This role requires expertise in retail design, staying updated on the latest trends, and creating innovative digital and physical experiences.Responsibilities include:

• Evolving store design concepts and establishing store tiering.
• Ensuring timely completion of architectural and interior design packages.
• Developing fixture packages to showcase product offerings.
• Managing projects within budget and timeline.
• Developing Retail Brand Guidelines for global store expansion.
• Budgeting and Project Management.
• Providing guidance and innovative solutions to resolve technical and design challenges.
• Mentoring and assisting Designers in their growth and development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial/retail architecture or interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in Sketch-Up, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent program.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work across various cultures and timezones.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
