CASETiFY is looking for an Assistant Partnerships Manager to join their Thailand team in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, passionate, and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the rapid expansion of the Thai market by researching, connecting, and updating trends, identifying brand opportunities, and executing local collections and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities: - Develop business opportunities in Thailand, including sales channel and platform expansion, and B2B.
- Identify, develop, and monitor collaboration projects and campaigns to drive business growth.
- Manage external partner relations, ensuring smooth execution for launches.
- Optimize and initiate engaging marketing activations with brand partners.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop collaborative creatives and seek approvals from partners.
- Handle relevant sales reports, project updates, and assigned projects.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, E-commerce, or consumer products preferred.
- Experience in project or product development and execution.
- Understanding of retail business acting in the Sales & Marketing role will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about design, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
- Able to work under pressure, adapt quickly, self-motivated, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
