Senior Solutions Architect

Job Description

Postman is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Publisher Success team within the Postman API Network. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical point of contact for key publishers, providing hands-on support and guidance. This role involves collaborating with publishers to implement technical solutions, create developer experiences, and accelerate API adoption. The Senior Solutions Architect will work cross-functionally with internal teams and key partners to optimize publisher workflows, design API integrations, and provide strategic technical guidance.What this role involves:

• Serving as the technical point of contact for key publishers.
• Leading technical onboardings and architectural reviews.
• Creating technical guides, tutorials, and example collections.
• Collaborating with Product, DevRel, and Success teams.
• Partnering with publishers to co-design and implement API use cases.
• Advocating for publishers by capturing technical requirements.
• Tracking and analyzing key metrics.
• Evangelizing the Network’s technical offerings.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in partner engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management in a B2B SaaS or API-focused company.
• Strong technical expertise in API design, integrations, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of RESTful and async APIs, SDKs, and webhooks.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Track record of collaborating cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication skills.
