Role involves:

  • Performing rigorous quality reviews and leading prompt-generation efforts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading remote and global teams (100+ team size).
  • Exceptional ability to carry technical, business, and people conversations.
  • Demonstrated success working with strategic partners and clients in AI/LLM initiatives.
  • Deep hands-on experience in building scalable codebases with Python and JavaScript.
  • Up-to-date expertise in AI/LLM techniques (SFT, RLHF, prompt engineering).
