Job Description
Turing is seeking a GenAI Engineering Manager to join their GenAI delivery organization and work on projects for Fortune 500 customers. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with a team of engineers with diverse skill sets to implement industry-leading multi-agent LLM systems, RAG systems, and Open Source LLM deployments for major enterprises.
Role involves:
- Building technical roadmaps based on business requirements and owning their delivery.
- Leading the engineering team to execute the roadmap and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Developing and optimizing LLM-based solutions, including design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Maintaining high-quality code in Python (LangChain/LangGraph) and SQL.
- Deploying GenAI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- Collaborating with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team.
- Staying updated on LLM research and generative AI advancements.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in LLMs and Generative AI techniques (prompt engineering, RAG, agents).
- Expert proficiency in Python, Langchain/Langgraph and SQL.
- Expertise in architecting GenAI applications/systems using various frameworks & cloud services.
- Proficiency in using cloud services from Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap.
- Excellent communication skills.
