Job Description
Turing, based in Palo Alto, California, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to spearhead the development of advanced tools for Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) labeling. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy for labeling tools, optimizing human feedback and supervised training data collection. The Staff Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping products that enable Turing's talent to train Large Language Models (LLMs).
Role Involves:
- Defining and driving product strategy and roadmap for RLHF and SFT labeling tools.
- Collaborating with various teams to refine labeling processes.
- Proactively anticipating product needs and improving UX through user research.
- Partnering with engineering to prioritize features and deliver high-impact products.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance automation in labeling processes.
- Predicting industry trends in AI training.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure product alignment.
- Monitoring product performance and iterating based on key metrics.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or data labeling-related products.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycle.
