Job Description
Turing, based in Palo Alto, California, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to spearhead the development of advanced tools for Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) labeling. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy for labeling tools, optimizing human feedback and supervised training data collection. The Staff Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping products that enable Turing's talent to train Large Language Models (LLMs).

Role Involves:
  • Defining and driving product strategy and roadmap for RLHF and SFT labeling tools.
  • Collaborating with various teams to refine labeling processes.
  • Proactively anticipating product needs and improving UX through user research.
  • Partnering with engineering to prioritize features and deliver high-impact products.

Requirements:
