Turing is seeking a Technical Partnership Manager to join their partnership team. This role involves working with multiple partners to source and match high-quality talent with requirements from Turing AGI Advancement and Turing Intelligence. The Technical Partnership Manager will gain hands-on experience with high-impact projects, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and synthesize technical job requirements into clear, actionable briefs for partners.
Develop new partner channels by identifying untapped markets and vendors.
Set up performance management system to monitor partner quality.
Improve recruitment throughput, quality, margins, and reduce TAT to fulfill roles.
Oversee the partner lifecycle, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
Coordinate with technical leads, operation managers, delivery managers, engineering POCs.
Create systems and dashboards to track role, partner, team performance and identify trends.
Lead and mentor a team of partner managers.
Set up processes and ensure adherence for accuracy and timely payouts to partners.
Work closely with the product team to build new tools.
Requirements:
Deep technical acumen with a solid grasp of technology stacks and recruitment practices.
Vendor/partnership management or tech recruitment experience, particularly within APAC.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven and action-oriented with a keen analytical mindset.
Excellent project management skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive amidst change.
Graduate from a Tier 1 engineering institute in Computer Science/IT is mandatory
Post graduate from Tier 1 post-graduate institutes with specialisation in HR/Operations would be a plus
5+ years of experience in technical hiring and managing partners/vendors. Preferably in a startup environment.
