Job Description
Turing, a fast-growing AI company based in Palo Alto, California, is seeking a Sr Director / Director - Solution Architecture. The role involves leading technical pre-sales activities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and designing technology solutions. The candidate will work with delivery teams to develop solution accelerators and contribute to thought leadership.

Role Involves:
  • Leading technical pre-sales activities.
  • Conducting technical evaluations of client requirements.
  • Developing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Guiding account teams on technical sales strategy.
  • Building centers of excellence and reusable assets.
  • Designing technology solutions.
  • Working with delivery teams to develop solution accelerators.
  • Keeping up-to-date with latest technologies.
  • Contributing thought leadership.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture roles.
  • 5+ years experience in pre-sales and solution architecture roles.
  • Strong experience in software engineering and architecture patterns.
  • Background in full-stack development using Java, Python, JavaScript etc.
  • Hands-on expertise on Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
