Bitpanda is seeking a Marketing Manager for the UK market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping Bitpanda's presence in the UK, focusing on growing awareness, acquiring new users, and fostering community engagement. This role involves collaborating with the UK Country Director and cross-functional teams to implement local campaigns that align with Bitpanda’s commercial vision. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in making digital assets more approachable and inclusive for a wider audience.Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing UK-specific marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Planning, running, and analysing integrated campaigns in collaboration with various teams.
  • Reflecting on campaign outcomes and market feedback to share learnings.
  • Exploring market trends and customer insights through collaborative research.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and partners.
  • Managing the marketing budget.
Requirements:
  • Relevant years of marketing experience in finance, betting, or online industries, with a solid understanding of fintech.
  • Experience in supporting or leading the rollout of marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable using digital tools to reach and resonate with audiences.
  • Reflective and detail-oriented mindset, comfortable working with data.
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator.
  • Highly organised and calm under pressure.
