What this role involves:
• Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for Poland.
• Owning revenue generation, budget management, and strategic initiatives.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
• Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing local team.
• Monitoring market dynamics, tracking KPIs, and refining strategies.

Requirements:
• Proven track record of leadership roles within the financial services sector or another online industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of local market dynamics and industry trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
• Proficiency in Polish (written and spoken).
