IT Audit Manager

Bitpanda is seeking an IT Audit Manager to be a cornerstone of its internal IT audit function. The IT Audit Manager will build and shape a scalable, high-impact audit capability rooted in the company DNA. The IT Audit Manager will lead the execution of comprehensive IT audits, covering regulatory compliance across EU, MENA, and Asian markets. The IT Audit Manager will be deeply embedded in product development, bringing a regulatory lens and efficiency mindset.

Role Involves:

• Leading and conducting IT audits with a focus on global compliance requirements.
• Collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Drafting high quality audit reports for review by audit management.
• Managing and coordinating internal and external IT-related audits.
• Safeguarding the business by leading IT audit execution across the Bitpanda Group.

Requirements:

• IT Audit professional with a deep understanding of financial regulations.
• Degree in business administration/economics, computer science, information technology or a related field.
• Confident appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in German is a strong asset.
• Self-driven, eager to learn and adapt to new standards, well organised team player with strong analytical skills and willing to travel on an occasional basis.
