Job Description
Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner to attract top-tier talent and strengthen their employer brand. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment for the Tech & Product organization, primarily at the Vienna HQ, and lead initiatives to position Bitpanda as an employer of choice.
Role Involves:
- Owning end-to-end hiring for Tech and Product roles.
- Executing tailored sourcing strategies.
- Leveraging candidate networks and recruitment channels.
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Executing employer branding initiatives across channels.
- Partnering with stakeholders to align on goals.
Requirements:
- Strategic and data-driven tech & product recruiter background.
- Deep understanding of the Austrian Tech & Product market.
- Experience driving employer branding initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
