Senior Workday Consultant

Job Description

Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Workday Consultant to join their Business Application team. The consultant will play a crucial role in optimizing the People Experience team's efficiency by maximizing the functional features of Workday and other HR systems. This involves defining a modern employee experience, setting up a top-tier tech infrastructure, and building an insightful analytics stack.Responsibilities:

• Functionally configure, test, and maintain business processes, reports, and security in Workday.
• Support the optimization, automation, and process improvements around Workday and other HR systems.
• Ensure quality documentation of processes and configurations for all stakeholders.
• Contribute to shaping the People Systems and Analytics function.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in functional configurations, EIBs, and built-in integrations of Workday.
• Ability to apply lateral thinking strategies and use out-of-the-box approaches.
• Analytical mindset with a background in HR or data analytics systems.
• Driven by curiosity to explore problems and identify optimal solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills.
• Full English professional proficiency.
