Job Description
Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Workday Consultant to join their Business Application team. This role focuses on optimizing the People Experience team's efficiency by maximizing the functional features of Workday and other HR systems. The consultant will help define a modern employee experience, set up a top-tier tech infrastructure, and build an insightful analytics stack.
Role involves:
- Functionally configure, test, and maintain business processes, reports, and security in Workday.
- Support the optimization, automation, and process improvements around Workday and other HR systems.
- Ensure quality documentation of processes and configurations for all stakeholders.
- Shape the People Systems and Analytics function.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in functional configurations, EIBs, and built-in integrations of Workday.
- Ability to apply lateral thinking strategies and use out-of-the-box approaches.
- Analytical mindset with a background in HR or data analytics systems.
- Driven by curiosity to explore problems and identify optimal solutions.
- Strong stakeholder communication and management skills.
- Full English professional proficiency.
