Global Head of Bitpanda Financial Products

Job Description

Bitpanda is seeking a Global Head of Bitpanda Financial Products to act as a mini-CEO for the Stocks & Derivatives business line. This role involves driving revenue growth, product adoption, and operational efficiency. The Global Head will be responsible for strategic leadership, financial performance, and execution to ensure the business line scales successfully. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with teams across product, marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring alignment with Bitpanda’s long-term vision.Responsibilities include:

• Owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Stocks & Derivatives business line.
• Driving financial performance and ensuring profitability.
• Developing and executing the strategic roadmap for the business line.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Identifying market opportunities and driving innovation.

Bitpanda is looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of experience in business line ownership, product management, or strategic leadership.
• A proven track record of scaling stock or derivatives products with measurable financial impact.
• A strong strategic and analytical mindset, with expertise in P&L management, market strategy, and execution.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• A deep understanding of equity markets, derivatives trading, structured products, and retail investing trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English.
