Job Description
Easygo is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with Mandarin speaking skills to join their customer support team in Melbourne, Australia. The QA Analyst will report to the Learning and Quality Manager and will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the quality of service and continuous learning within the team. Easygo is a prominent service provider to brands within the iGaming industry, including Stake.com, Kick.com and Twist Gaming.
- Assisting with quality assurance processes.
- Coordinating with team members to gather and manage feedback.
- Reviewing and addressing tickets related to quality assurance.
- Supporting the creation of assessment checkpoints.
- Following up with relevant departments to ensure feedback loops are closed.
Requirements: - Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in a customer support or QA role.
- Familiarity with customer service processes and best practices.
- Ability to provide feedback to team members.
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance and monitoring processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
