Easygo, an Australian company with popular brands within the iGaming industry, is seeking a Responsible Gaming Team Leader. This role is based in Melbourne, Australia, and offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, showcase expertise in responsible gambling, and drive responsible gaming initiatives within a supportive and innovative environment.Role Involves:

• Overseeing the Responsible Gaming Team.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Safeguarding vulnerable customers.
• Promoting responsible gaming strategies.
• Leading a team of analysts to implement and maintain key processes.
• Driving the company's global responsible gaming objectives.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Responsible Gaming leadership / Responsible Gaming coaching role
• Experience working in regulated markets is advantageous (Ontario, Italy, LATAM etc.)
• Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven track record in delivering high quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Fluent in English both verbal and written (second language advantageous)
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field advantageous however not a must
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
