Easygo is seeking a Payments Operations Manager to join their fast-growing Payments team in Melbourne, Australia. The Payments Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of payment systems while ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role involves managing the current Payments Operations team, monitoring payment system performance, handling escalations, and ensuring accurate settlement processing and fund management. Easygo is a prominent service provider to brands within the iGaming industry, including Stake.com, Kick.com, and Twist Gaming.
What this role involves: - Leading the Payments Operations team.
- Monitoring and optimising payment system and provider performances.
- Managing internal and external escalations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Managing settlement processes.
- Overseeing process improvements.
Requirements: - Strong expertise in leadership and team management.
- Previous Payment Operations experience.
- Performance monitoring and reporting experience (especially in payment systems).
- Escalation management capabilities.
- Successful track record of 3rd Party Vendor and Stakeholder Management.
- Compliance and risk management experience.
- Exposure to global payments systems and products (Bonus).
- Payment fraud prevention and risk management experience (Bonus).
- Settlement process management (Bonus).
