Easygo is seeking a Payments Operations Specialist to join their growing team in Melbourne, Australia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and security of Easygo’s online payment platforms. This role involves examining payment systems, building reports, analyzing trends, and monitoring transactions to optimize the payment journey.

What this role involves:

  • Monitoring customer deposits and withdrawals.
  • Identifying and resolving payment-related issues.
  • Collaborating to improve deposit and withdrawal experience.
  • Providing expert assistance to customer support.
  • Tracking payment trends and generating reports.
  • Liaising with third-party payment processors.
  • Implementing process improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation.

Requirements:
