Easygo is seeking a Junior VIP Host - Japanese Speaking to enhance the experience of Stake's top Japanese players. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service and exclusive benefits. The VIP Host will be the face of the online casino, providing tailored solutions and memorable interactions.

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-value clients.
• Manage assigned accounts, ensuring all inquiries are followed through.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the client base.
• Ensure timely delivery of products, aligning with customer needs.
• Analyze client behaviors and overall value to the business.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Japanese.
• Sports or Marketing Qualifications preferred.
• High level of global sports knowledge.
• Strong gambling knowledge.
• Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira & Intercom.
