Senior Workplace Services Coordinator

Job Description

Rockstar Games is seeking a Senior Workplace Services Coordinator to join their Workplace Services Team in Carlsbad, CA. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the site and its facilities services, ensuring a creative, supportive, and safe working environment for Rockstar staff.

The Senior Workplace Services Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Acting as a key point of contact for communications with the WPS team.
• Coordinating services and trades such as repairs and maintenance.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of Workplace Services contracts and services.
• Conducting checks and audits of the site and workplace services.
• Assisting with the procurement, administration and coordination of Workplace Services.
• Supporting the management of Health and Safety and compliance within the team.
• Maintaining stakeholder relationships with Landlord/Property Management teams.
• Assisting in special event coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in a related discipline, or equivalent vocational education and experience.
• 3+ years’ experience working within a Facilities or Workplace Operations role in a corporate office environment.
• Experience in overseeing service contracts.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A good understanding of current safety legislation and best practice.
• A detail oriented, flexible self-starter with strong initiative, excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Planning and project management skills with the ability to consider things from multiple angles.
• Process-driven and outcome-focused, always looking for quality improvement and ensuring processes are documented accurately.
• Capable of working autonomously, while also understanding when and where to seek guidance and approval.
• Experience in overlapping business support fields, e.g. IT, Administration, Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creative problem solver with a curious, innovation-driven mindset.
