Job Description

OKX is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its financial operations in Hungary. The Finance Manager will oversee accounting, taxation, and regulatory reporting, while driving automation and efficiency. This role is crucial for building a scalable and compliant financial framework.

• Oversee accounting, taxation, internal controls, cost management, accounts payable, management reporting, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Drive initiatives to streamline financial processes.
• Establish a monthly close process.
• Adapt the group’s cost management system.
• Develop Finance Policies focused on financial and regulatory reporting.
• Navigate regulatory requirements with local authorities.
• Keep current with financial reporting standards and tax obligations in Hungary.
• Assist in setting up the local banking infrastructure.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations.

• ACCA (or equivalent) Qualified, Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations.
• Self-starting problem solver.
