Senior Program Manager, Employee Engagement

OKX is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Employee Engagement to join their Employer Branding & Organizational Culture Team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be a cultural champion, driving alignment on the company's mission and core values, developing culture strategies, and designing cultural solutions. This role requires a creative mindset and the ability to navigate a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a cultural champion, promoting morale and achieving company goals.
• Own and drive culture-related projects from ideation to measurement.
• Design and prototype new concepts and programs to drive the culture forward.
• Analyze company culture to identify strengths and gaps.
• Develop a deep understanding of the organization and cultural performance.
• Provide consultative solutions to enhance organizational health and cultural performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR consultation, program management, content creation, and communications.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
• Knowledge of organizational culture domains.
• Ability to foster relationships at all levels.
• A data-driven decision-maker.
• Experience in concept and program creation.
• Experience managing LinkedIn and Glassdoor corporate pages.
