Senior Tools & Technology Specialist

OKX is seeking a Senior Tools & Technology Specialist to join their Global Business Service (GBS) Centre in Budapest. This role involves managing and developing technologies, handling 3rd party integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve the usage of existing tools in line with company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing applications and a passion for technology and CX to solve complex problems.

The Senior Tools & Technology Specialist will be responsible for:

• Administering core CS tools & technologies.
• Supporting and communicating with stakeholders.
• Translating business requirements into system configurations.
• Managing a queue of operational requests.
• Coordinating system integration, upgrades, and change requests.
• Identifying operational weaknesses and improving processes.
• Collaborating with operational teams and cross-functional partners.
• Communicating with vendors for solution deployment and system enhancements.
• Ensuring documentation and processes adhere to industry standards.
• Providing guidance in IT processes and relevant technologies.
• Performing technical execution of solutions.

OKX requires candidates to have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in system administration or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge in customer service technologies.
• Experience with SAP, xAAS, .NET.
