Specialist, LDQA (English Speaker)

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Specialist in Learning & Development | Quality Assurance (LDQA) to join their Global Business Service (GBS) Centre in Budapest. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs and materials for employees. The LDQA Specialist will also ensure the quality and effectiveness of these programs through evaluation, assessment, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, design training programs, manage the delivery of training programs, and conduct audits of cases performed by operations teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards. They will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, result-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans quickly.

Role Involves:

• Developing and maintaining training content and quality nuances for global business services teams.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for training-need-analysis (TnA) exercise.
• Serving as a point of contact (POC) and trusted partner for internal stakeholders on training progress reports and interventions.
• Introducing and presenting training and development programs using various forms and formats.
• Conducting daily audits based on the group target assignment as per the quality assurance parameters.
• Closing any training and knowledge gaps with internal team as well as stakeholders through calibration.
• Initiating and leading continuous process improvement by analyzing performance reports.
• Assisting QA manager on assignments or projects to improve the overall service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years experience in Training or Quality Assurance role.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
