Job Description
OKX is seeking a LDQA Specialist to join their Global Business Service Centre in Budapest. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs and ensuring their quality and effectiveness. The specialist will collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, design programs, manage delivery, and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.Role involves:
  • Developing and maintaining training content.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for training-need-analysis.
  • Serving as a point of contact for training progress reports.
  • Presenting training programs using various formats.
  • Conducting daily audits based on quality assurance parameters.
  • Closing training and knowledge gaps.
  • Leading continuous process improvement.
  • Assisting the QA manager with assignments to improve service quality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in Training or Quality Assurance.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
