Job Description
OKX is seeking a BD Director to focus on acquiring and managing VIP clients. The role involves identifying and converting high-net-worth individuals globally, enhancing the number of VIP trading clients and overall transaction volume. The BD Director will cultivate relationships with core VIP clients, driving personalized services, dedicated support, and customized product strategies to increase client loyalty and satisfaction.Role involves:
- VIP Client Acquisition and Management
- Relationship Maintenance and Service Enhancement
- Client Segmentation and Lifecycle Operations
- Cross-Team Coordination and Resource Integration
- Market Insights and Strategy Development
- Team Development and Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years in financial services, FinTech, or blockchain sectors.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem.
- Strong client resources and exceptional negotiation skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
