Growth Content Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Growth Content Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role will focus on creating and managing content to drive growth across various marketing channels. The Growth Content Manager will be responsible for writing and managing all content and copy across paid ads, campaigns, influencers, and emails.

Role involves:

• Writing and managing content for paid ads, campaigns, influencers, and emails
• Delivering and iterating on high-ROI ads for Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
• Crafting clear, compelling copy for campaign briefs, landing pages, banners, and partner assets
• Creating short-form, performance-driven scripts for KOLs and creator-led campaigns
• Writing engaging, native-style short-form video scripts for paid and organic use
• Drafting announcements, product updates, and user education flows
• Writing optimized content for Google, CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, and aggregators
• Reacting quickly to market news and internal offers with timely content

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of copy/content experience in growth or marketing teams
• Crypto native with understanding of products, culture, and speed
• Proven success writing for paid marketing across key platforms
• SEO experience with in-depth understanding of search engine algorithms
• Sharp instincts for what converts and how to test it
• Fluent in short-form performance copy and storytelling
• Fluent in English and Arabic
