Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Affiliate & Influencer Manager to drive user growth and brand visibility across the UAE and broader MENA region. This role focuses on managing the UAE affiliate program, partnering with KOLs and creators to drive user acquisition and trading volume, and leading the influencer strategy to build trust and awareness around OKX in MENA. The ideal candidate will work closely with growth, brand, and regional teams to scale OKX's presence and performance across key communities.What this role involves:
  • Leading and scaling the UAE affiliate program, onboarding KOLs and partners.
  • Owning acquisition and revenue KPIs for affiliates, tracking performance, and optimizing conversions.
  • Building and managing a long-term influencer program to grow brand awareness and trust.
  • Launching and managing campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Developing strong relationships with creators and partners, turning them into brand advocates.
  • Tracking key metrics across growth and brand campaigns, using data to improve efforts.
Requirements:
  • Experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech.
  • Proven success working with KOLs, creators, and partners to drive growth and brand lift.
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven and brand-driven campaign KPIs.
  • Experience with influencer platforms, affiliate tools, tracking links, and attribution.
  • Knowledge of the UAE and broader MENA digital and influencer landscape.
  • Skilled in negotiating, relationship management, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Passion for crypto and belief in OKX’s mission is a big advantage.
