Senior Business Development Manager, Institutional

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts within the LATAM region. This role involves developing and implementing business development strategies for clients and key accounts. The Sr. Business Development Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including regional and global Institutional teams, product and engineering teams, and Legal & Compliance teams.He/She will proactively seek out and engage closely with potential LATAM Trading Firms / Financial Institutions / Key accounts / Partners and Advanced Traders for client acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth of the OKX platform and products in the region.What this role involves:

• Supporting the Global Institution Team in daily operational work.
• Identifying and driving institutional sales opportunities.
• Developing client profiling and identifying new revenue streams.
• Closing sales opportunities with a focus on high-value deals.
• Ensuring prospects are in good standing and do not introduce risk.
• Articulating client feedback to senior management and product teams.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates high tenacity, grit & determination.
• Able to build prospect pipelines, develop opportunities and support the team in closing deals.
• Understands regional territory and what it takes to build a high value sales pipeline
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
• Basic knowledge in products that we offer for institutional clients.
