Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts within the LATAM region. This role involves developing and implementing strategies for clients and key accounts, working closely with various stakeholders, including regional and global Institutional teams, product and engineering teams, and Legal & Compliance teams. The ideal candidate will proactively engage with potential LATAM Trading Firms / Financial Institutions / Key accounts / Partners and Advanced Traders for client acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth of the OKX platform and products in the region.
What this role involves:
- Supporting the Global Institution Team in daily operational work.
- Identifying and driving institutional sales opportunities.
- Building a healthy pipeline through sourcing and converting prospective opportunities.
- Developing client profiling to identify previous success cases.
- Defining and evaluating new revenue streams and opportunities with existing or new clients.
- Closing sales opportunities with a focus on high revenue, high impact value deals.
- Ensuring prospects or new clients are in good standing and will not introduce risk to the OKX business.
- Articulating client feedback and gaps in service/product offerings to senior management teams.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates high tenacity, grit & determination.
- Able to build prospect pipelines, develop opportunities and support the team in closing deals.
- Understands regional territory and what it takes to build a high value sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge in products that we offer for institutional clients.
