OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Business Development Manager, Affiliate in Pakistan. This role focuses on developing and optimizing affiliate campaigns, expanding influencer resources, and driving user acquisition within the local market.

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying potential affiliates, optimizing business development strategies, and analyzing user behavior to enhance conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns.
  • Expand influencer resources in the local market.
  • Identify potential affiliates through creative methods.
  • Optimise business development strategies.
  • Analyse user habits and user behaviour.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space.
  • Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
  • Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
  • Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods.
