Job Description

OKX is seeking an Application Architect to join their Service Stability Engineering Team in Hong Kong. The company believes in crypto and aims to contribute to individual freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange and wallet developer.

The Application Architect will oversee non-functional aspects of business lines, collaborate with business units to ensure service stability, and identify stability risks through data analysis. They will also explore new technologies and promote best practices in application architecture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing non-functional aspects of relevant business lines.
  • Collaborating with business units to ensure service stability.
  • Identifying stability risks throughout the entire chain based on data analysis.
  • Detecting unreasonable architectural designs in advance.
  • Uncovering root causes of issues and systematically addressing problems.
  • Exploring new technologies, tools, and architectural patterns.
  • Promoting the implementation of best practices in application architecture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in development and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Java and the Spring Cloud microservices technology stack.
  • Solid computer science fundamentals and a grasp of Linux, storage, and network I/O principles.
  • Experience in high-concurrency distributed system architecture or high-concurrency scenario component design and development.
  • Deep understanding of business architecture and a methodology for architecture design.
  • Ability to build a complete business system from scratch.
  • Excellent documentation writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and efficient execution capabilities.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese; proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
