Job Description
OKX is seeking a DevOps Product Manager to join their basic platform department in Hong Kong. The basic platform department provides stable basic software libraries and platforms, aiming to enhance and improve standardized and unified development software libraries and self-develop the one-stop development platform for raising development efficiency. The Product Manager will be responsible for the product design of the basic platform, ensuring the quality delivery of product functions and continuous improvement of User Experience, using data-driven insights to improve Customer Satisfaction Score.
Responsibilities include:
- Product design of the basic platform.
- Ensuring the quality delivery of product functions.
- Continuous improvement of User Experience on the basic platform.
- Data-driven approach to improve Customer Satisfaction Score.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors.
- 3+ years of experience as a ToB Product Manager.
- Rich experience in user experience optimization.
- Fluent English spoken ability.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and related tools.
- Good technical understanding ability.
- Excellent professional ethics: communication, responsibility.
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
