Job Description

OKX is seeking a Java R&D Engineer/Expert to join their Service Stability Engineering Team in Hong Kong. The team focuses on making service stability a core competitive strength by building end-to-end risk management capabilities. The ideal candidate will help achieve sustainable automatic identification and analysis of stability risks, shifting from reactive to proactive governance.

Role involves:

  • Researching technologies for rapid problem identification, localization, and recovery to meet 1-5-10 objectives.
  • Defining and implementing SLO/SLA to ensure business stability.
  • Developing stability assurance tool platforms, including inspection systems, root cause diagnosis systems, and risk databases.
  • Establishing and promoting stability standards to ensure product design and coding adhere to stability principles.
  • Monitoring industry technology trends and facilitating team learning and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with 7+ years of R&D and architecture experience.
  • Proficiency in Java and SpringCloud microservices technology stack.
  • Experience with Flink, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, SkyWalking, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, and Python.
  • Experience with RAG/Agent development and tuning is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Familiarity with R&D processes and fault analysis.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • English communication skills preferred.
