OKX is seeking a Java R&D Engineer/Expert to join their Service Stability Engineering Team in Hong Kong. The team focuses on making service stability a core competitive strength by building end-to-end risk management capabilities. The ideal candidate will help achieve sustainable automatic identification and analysis of stability risks, shifting from reactive to proactive governance.
Role involves:
Researching technologies for rapid problem identification, localization, and recovery to meet 1-5-10 objectives.
Defining and implementing SLO/SLA to ensure business stability.
Developing stability assurance tool platforms, including inspection systems, root cause diagnosis systems, and risk databases.
Establishing and promoting stability standards to ensure product design and coding adhere to stability principles.
Monitoring industry technology trends and facilitating team learning and upgrades.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with 7+ years of R&D and architecture experience.
Proficiency in Java and SpringCloud microservices technology stack.
Experience with Flink, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, SkyWalking, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, and Python.
Experience with RAG/Agent development and tuning is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Familiarity with R&D processes and fault analysis.
Good communication and leadership skills.
English communication skills preferred.
