Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior/Director, Product - Trading (Growth) to join their team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product growth and execution of crypto-related products and services. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing growth strategies using product features.
- Designing and optimizing product-led experiments to boost user conversion rates.
- Collaborating with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Utilizing data analytics to track performance metrics and inform strategic decisions.
- Driving the end-to-end growth process in the European and American markets.
- Fostering a culture of experimentation through A/B testing.
- Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap.
- Planning and executing successful product launches.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Director, preferably in an internet or crypto company.
- Sufficient understanding of cryptocurrencies, centralized (Cefi) or decentralized finance (DeFi).
- A passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven product decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proven track record of delivering results.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving industry.
