Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior/Principal DeFi Earn Product Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This role involves designing trading products like DeFi Earn Aggregators and Stablecoin vaults. The candidate will be responsible for research and product design of DeFi earn, creating PRDs and prototypes. They will collaborate with various departments to ensure successful project implementation and launch. The role also includes managing the entire product lifecycle, formulating data analysis indicators, and regularly analyzing data.
What this role involves:
- Designing trading products such as DeFi Earn Aggregator and Stablecoin vaults.
- Research and product design of DeFi earn.
- Creating PRD, prototype and other related documents.
- Collaborating with market, operation, UI/UX, R&D, and testing departments.
- Managing the whole life cycle of products.
- Formulating data analysis indicators.
- Tracking and studying daily data and analysing the results regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Relevant web3 and product experience.
- Experience in DeFi Protocol, DEX, Onchain farm/arbitrage is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Passion for DeFi or Bitcoin ecosystem.
- Good ownership spirit and project management ability.
