Senior/Principal Product Manager, C2C Growth

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager to drive C2C growth in overseas markets. The Product Manager will develop and execute growth strategies, conduct localization research, and collaborate with global teams. This role involves analyzing market trends, implementing market-specific requirements, and optimizing product features to achieve rapid business growth.

• Develop and implement growth strategies for core overseas C2C markets.
• Conduct in-depth research on localization needs in overseas markets.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to implement localization strategies.
• Work closely with overseas market teams, technical teams, and data teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks through data analysis.
• Explore partnership opportunities in overseas markets.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in growth-related roles within the internet industry.
• Experience in C2C or cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
• Proven track record in driving growth in overseas markets, particularly in Southeast Asia or CIS regions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with Growth Hacking methodologies.
• Strong data analysis skills, proficient in tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Market-sensitive with the ability to quickly identify user needs and market opportunities.
