Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Institutional Product Manager/Director to spearhead the design and delivery of impactful products for its institutional clientele. This role involves shaping strategy and execution across key areas such as custody, brokerage, asset management solutions, post-trade services, and trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, risk, sales, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions that enhance OKX’s institutional offerings.

The Senior Institutional Product Manager/Director will play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability across various product lines. They will also be responsible for building effective relationships with external third parties to assess partnership opportunities.

What this role involves:

  • Analyzing client needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Developing the roadmap for crypto asset trading products, including spot, margin, futures, perpetual swap, and options.
  • Gathering and prioritizing product and client requirements, using data-driven analysis to influence stakeholders.
  • Working closely with software development, risk, and product teams to drive technical and financial product requirements.
  • Developing financial and non-financial metrics and KPIs to track progress and alignment with the firm’s overall strategy.
  • Driving the Go-to-Market strategy in cooperation with Product Marketing and other relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch throughout its lifecycle.
  • Front to back knowledge of financial markets covering trading, middle/back office, technology in either FX, Equities or Fixed Income.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
  • A keen interest in cryptocurrency, DeFi, and Web3.
