Senior Product Manager / Director, Institutions

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Institutional Product Manager/Director to spearhead the design and delivery of impactful products for its institutional clientele. This role involves shaping strategy and execution across key areas such as custody, brokerage, asset management solutions, post-trade services, and trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, risk, sales, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.What this role involves:

• Analyzing client needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Developing roadmaps for crypto asset trading products.
• Prioritizing product and client requirements using data-driven analysis.
• Managing technical backlogs and prioritizing new features.
• Developing strategic partnerships with key counterparties and technology partners.
• Driving go-to-market strategies in cooperation with product marketing.
• Driving short-term operational and longer-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches.
• Ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Knowledge of financial markets covering trading, middle/back office, and technology.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
• Interest in cryptocurrency, DeFi, and Web3.
